Meditation is quietening your mind and relaxing your body to experience a blissful reality directly.
The benefits of meditation have been well-established in terms of physical, emotional and mental health and such rewards come quicker and more powerfully with practice, especially learning in a group.
In a non-religious and supportive group, you will be shown ways to free yourself from obstacles such as anxieties and stress, and to enjoy the rewards of greater self-realisation. You can also expect a wonderful awakening and re-energising of your life through:
