Corps Security is recruiting for a Receptionist in the Dunfermline area, working for one of our prestigious clients.
The successful applicant’s main role will be to provide face to face support and administrative duties in a professional and courteous manner, in line with client requirements as well as Corps Security’s policies and procedures.
Your role will be to liaise on a daily basis with site based staff, the client and operational management teams to help fulfill contracted/business objectives. This range of duty assignments will involve a variety of support duties such as:
• Answering all incomings calls to the switchboard.
• Confidently meeting and greeting all visitors.
• Administrative duties
• Access Control
This is a hands on role. The successful candidate will be able to deal with a range of tasks and issues on an hourly basis, as well as daily basis.
• Previous experience in a front of house environment desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Intermediate level PC skills (MS Office
The shift pattern is Mon-Fri, 45 hours per week, 0700 start and 1600 finish time with an hourly pay rate of £6.35 per hour. Further details with reference to the
