BOOTCAMP – Fitness Vacation
Elite Fitness Bootcamp is a unique, non-military style, fitness vacation set in the scenic Cairngorm National Park, Aviemore. Whether your goal is to lose weight or to simply improve your fitness, we will help you to achieve your target and assure you will receive the attention required whilst in a social group environment.
We take care of the fitness programme, activities, luxury accommodation and more importantly, nutrition.
If you are looking for dramatic, life changing physical results, then its time for you to book your space and experience a new approach to fitness.
Our Bootcamp experience offers a great variety of activities from cycling to scenic hill walks and circuit classes in the tranquil garden. This will provide the motivation and fitness required for you to make a real life change.
The location provides the perfect setting for outdoor fitness activities, all you have do is bring the right clothing and let us take care of the rest.
Check-in from 5pm on day 1, which includes goal setting and body measurements, then spend the rest of the afternoon socialising with the other guests before your healthy evening meal.
The next four days are filled with exercise and fun activities all geared for calorie burning.
Depart on Friday morning after a great nights sleep.
The accommodation is to a very high standard and the price is varied upon room selection. There is an array of rooms from doubles, twins & bunks. Most are en-suite and single occupancy can be an option.
After a hard days exercise there is a comfy lounge area to relax before getting a good nights sleep, ready for doing it all over again.
We understand the importance of nutrition and a balanced stable diet. That is why at our Bootcamp, your current physical condition along with your goals, determine the calorie allowance for the duration of your stay. This way we can cater for individuals who are looking for different results.
All snacks, meals and drinks are included and all ingredients are of high quality.
