Sheriffhall park and ride and bypass 1 mile.

3 months minimum stay then on a monthly rollover basis giving you the freedom to move on with 1 months notice if required.

The accommodation is not a flat share but is a spare room, council tax, heating included, the accommodation is more suited for a quiet living type of person

Room available @ £90 per week (£390 per month) in advance + £150 deposit.

A good speaking/understanding of English please.
